Great 4 star hotel here everything is right ambience, staff, food. There is even a great golf course.

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. A very friendly service, a very nice, clean room, a really great breakfast and delicious food. We would love to come back.

It would give 5 stars. These would be okay for the rooms. We were there with a large group of almost 60 people. The buffet was unfortunately not worth 39 €. Everything else was fine

Top hotel with a great restaurant. my son celebrated his wedding here in early August. In addition to the beautifully decorated room, everything was perfectly organized. Terrace was completely reserved for the wedding party, beautiful garden, nice service. And the food: uniquely good, a bit more expensive there, but good has its price. I can only recommend it 100%. We will go there again to eat in the next few weeks

But by far Haus Platte offers the most beautiful rooms, the friendliest ambience, combined with real family service ... and for us, by far, the best cuisine. It is a shame that you are not even allowed in the ............ with your fake reviews. Best Regards

It is a beautiful hotel surrounded by forest, an absolute MUST for those seeking peace and quiet. The clientele of the guests is very good, this is also reflected in the price, which is appropriate for this star hotel. Very nice room with couch seating area and armchair with bathroom. As in the entire hotel, extreme cleanliness is essential. The only thing that bothered me a little is the carpeting in the room. But otherwise a very successful arrangement. Highly recommended

You immediately feel welcome, friendliness is very important. The kitchen is very good and the house leaves nothing to be desired. Always happy, we look forward to the next time.

The New Year's arrangement (4 days) left nothing to be desired. The price-performance ratio was perfectly fine and had exceeded our expectations. The staff were always friendly and courteous and catered to all requests.

In my last stay, the corridor was too loud this time. I guess some guest were drunk and they were speaking loud :)

After a seminar I was allowed to stay here, I had a very nice room, with a great bathroom. The breakfast buffet was really great, I extended my breakfast time to one and a half hours and really enjoyed it. The hotel with very nice staff is absolutely recommendable.

After spending 3 nights (for the 3rd time / my room does not have to be cleaned in the meantime ..) to my satisfaction in this beautiful hotel, I asked the front desk to prepare the bill the night before departure. I am disabled and would have to wait less the next morning. This morning, however, I was in for an unpleasant surprise when I handed my room pass. They had forgotten a cup of coffee when they set up the (already paid) bill. And they made it clear to me "to appreciate" (..) that I would pay them now. I could not believe my ears and suggested (diplomatically) to leave it here and still give it to me. In the meantime, the experienced boss had joined the responsible employee while she remarked, "But then our co-worker has to pay for it." I could not physically stand at the counter, took my debit card and handed it to me, adding, "I do not need a new bill, thank you." They did not have the idea to wish me a safe return trip to my home address in the Netherlands (345 km). On the long journey back in the car, I send "silent" to me and realize that I have to characterize the two men's plate as a "strange couple". As a possible future visitor you are, a little less "romance", prepared ... 🤔

Romantik Hotel Platte is a very good choice to stay for any purpose. If for business purpose - the standard of rooms with wifi, restaurant, relax zone with pool, "green" surroundings, fully meet my needs. If you are a tourist - it is even more because the environment is wonderful. And the golf course in the vicinity is an additional bonus for lovers of this sport. Professional service, what more could you wish for? Maybe only better availability of places, because the hotel occupancy rate is very high at any time of the year and sometimes there are simply no rooms available.

Good, even if the staff sometimes seems a little scared and the caretaker takes the necessary measures very creatively (see photos). Nice wellness area, delicious food, very different rooms. Better not book a room on the street side. No special requests, no questions. Then stay will be really perfect. Unfortunately, I am someone who questions everything and is amazed ...

Very clean, modern, relaxed and friendly hotel. Varied and interesting menu in the restaurant. Good bar. Lovely swimming pool and thermal area.

I have been at the hotel 3 days. Everything was perfect except that in my room there was no range and WiFi didn't work at all.

We stayed with a couple of friends (5 in total) in the vacation home nearby Romantik Hotel Platte. The vacation home offers plenty of room for 5 people. The vacation house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for us, since we were with 2 couples and 1 single. The vacation house is very well maintained and comfortable. On day of arrival, a lot of snow has fallen, so we want to have dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. However, it appeared that the restaurant was already fully booked. As a solution, we took the dinner to our vacation home, so this was a nice solution. The staff of Romantik Hotel Platte was very friendly. We had a very good time with each other and when we want to return to Attendorn, we would definitely come back to the vacation home of Romantik Hotel Platte!

As a wedding photographer I accompanied a wedding here. Rarely have I experienced such a nice, courteous and motivated team. The dishes were all homemade and absolutely delicious. The vanilla ice cream, a dream. For celebration or for the cozy delicious food absolutely to be recommended.
